Conservation & Development Appraisal Ltd (CoDA) was formed in 1990 as a combined engineering and architectural practice. In May 1996 we relocated to our offices at Harewood Yard, a part of the restored 1805 Home Farm on the Harewood House Estate.

CoDA is now led by directors Jon Lawrence and Peter Diggle, engineers, and Michael Devenish, architect, and incorporates a multi-talented staff.
